Agreement to Terms

Electrical Services
Service Delivery: We provide electrical installation, maintenance, and repair services in accordance with UK regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications: All work is performed by qualified, certified electricians who are NICEIC approved and hold relevant industry certifications.
Compliance: All services are delivered in compliance with the 18th Edition BS 7671 wiring regulations and applicable building regulations.
Warranties: We provide warranties on our workmanship and installations as specified in individual service agreements.
Payment and Booking Terms
Quotes: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on site conditions or material costs.
Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Cancellation: Service appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
Additional Work: Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires customer approval.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the cost of remedial work or the value of services provided, whichever is lower.
Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure safe access to work areas and disclose any known hazards or special circumstances.

Examples: Such causes include, but are not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, lock-outs, industrial action, fire, flood, pandemics, or government restrictions.
Notification: The party affected by a Force Majeure event must notify the other party as soon as reasonably practicable.
Suspension of Obligations: The affected party’s obligations will be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
Our 24/7 emergency service is available for urgent electrical issues that pose immediate safety risks. Emergency call-out charges apply.
